Introduction and Agreement
These terms and conditions ("Agreement") govern all use of and interaction with the kyatm platform and all its digital services. By registering an account, accessing, or playing games on kyatm, you are considered to have read and agreed to these terms in full.
Please read this document carefully before using the platform. If you do not agree with any part of it, you may not continue using the services. kyatm reserves the right to amend these terms and will announce any changes on this page. Continued use after an announcement means you accept the updated terms.
1. Account Eligibility and Age Restriction
To register and use kyatm services, the following conditions must be met —
Age and Identity
- You must be at least 21 years old to open an account.
- Each person may open only one account in their own name.
- All personal information provided must be accurate and up to date.
- You must submit proof of identity when requested by kyatm.
Restrictions
- You may not use the services for any criminal purpose.
- The services may not be used in any form for money laundering.
- Persons who have requested a self-exclusion for problem gambling are not permitted to access the platform.
- Accessing or playing using another person's account is not permitted.
2. Account Management
Every person registered at kyatm is personally responsible for the security of their account and all activity carried out through it.
2.1 Login Security
Sharing, lending, or selling your login credentials to others is strictly prohibited. When unauthorized access is reported, kyatm may immediately suspend the account.
2.2 Identity Verification
For deposits, withdrawals, and large financial transactions, kyatm may request identity verification as part of its KYC (Know Your Customer) process. You must be able to provide your health card, national registration card, or passport.
2.3 Account Closure
If these terms are violated, fraudulent methods are used, or a responsible gambling request is made, kyatm reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend an account without prior notice.
3. Deposit & Withdrawal Methods and Limits
The official terms for deposit and withdrawal transactions are set out below.
Deposits
- Minimum deposit amount — 5,000 Ks (for all methods).
- Payment services — KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and Bank Transfer.
- Deposits must be made using your own funds only. Third-party payments are not allowed.
- The deposit account name and payment account must match the account holder.
Withdrawals
- Minimum withdrawal amount — 20,000 Ks.
- Normal withdrawal processing time — 5–30 minutes.
- The withdrawal payment method does not have to match the deposit method, but additional checks may be carried out if the account ownership cannot be confirmed.
- Withdrawals will be processed only after the bonus wagering requirement has been checked and met.
4. Bonuses and Welcome Funds
kyatm offers a welcome bonus on your first deposit. Please read the bonus terms carefully.
Welcome Bonus Details
- 100% of your first deposit amount is awarded as a bonus.
- Maximum bonus — 500,000 Ks.
- Example — Deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 20,000 Ks bonus, giving a total balance of 40,000 Ks. To withdraw, you must wager 20,000 Ks × 10 = 200,000 Ks.
- Example — Deposit 1,020,000 Ks and receive a 500,000 Ks bonus, giving a total balance of 1,520,000 Ks. To withdraw, you must wager 500,000 Ks × 10 = 5,000,000 Ks.
Bonus Restrictions
- Wagering Requirement — the bonus amount must be wagered 10× before the bonus can be withdrawn.
- The bonus can be used across all real-money games, though the wagering contribution rate may vary depending on the game type.
- kyatm will determine whether the wagering requirement has been met within the bonus validity period.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only permitted once the wagering requirement is fully met.
- If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus will be voided and action may be taken on the account.
5. Gaming Rules of Conduct
Players may not attempt to manipulate game outcomes through fraudulent methods, system exploits, or by taking advantage of software vulnerabilities.
5.1 Fair Play
kyatm games use a Random Number Generator (RNG). Results are random and cannot be predicted in advance by anyone, including kyatm staff.
5.2 Advantage Play
If arbitrage betting, matched betting, or any method of obtaining bonuses through fraudulent means is detected, kyatm reserves the right to void the related rounds, bonuses, and associated winnings.
5.3 Technical Issues
If a disconnection, server issue, or software error occurs during gameplay, kyatm will resolve it as quickly as possible and may reinstate the last valid official result.
6. VIP Tiers and Cashback
The criteria for kyatm VIP player tiers and the weekly cashback programme are set out below.
Bronze
Maximum weekly cashback 0.3%. This tier can be reached through consistent play on the kyatm platform.
Silver
Maximum weekly cashback 0.5%. You can advance to this tier from Bronze through continued play and regular activity.
Gold
Maximum weekly cashback 0.8%. More active play beyond Silver level can move you up to the Gold tier.
Cashback is calculated weekly based on your total play. kyatm reserves the right to notify and adjust VIP service terms in advance.
7. Personal Data Protection and Self-Management

Data Security
kyatm protects your personal and financial data with SSL Encryption. Your data will not be shared with third parties without your permission (except where required by law).

10. Limitation of Liability
